Metamorphose Temps de Fille Tea Party in Vienna

Last month I had a great time with my dear friend Marie-Lou: we went to Vienna together from October 16 to October 18 to attend the Metamorphose tea party!
I actually already went to Vienna 2 times before and I just LOVE the city. I swear, if I was not so bad at talking German (I actually learned it at school as it is a national language here in Switzerland) I would have moved there long ago! Haha. But it was a first time for Marie-Lou. We had a lot of fun visiting the city and I'll maybe make another entry to talk about it, but first I want to share the amazing time we had at the tea party!

So on Saturday October 16th, we woke up quite early (we were so dead tired the day before that we went to bed at 8 PM). We went to have breakfast in our hotel restaurant and then got prepared for the tea party! A ew days before leaving for Vienna I received my Little Squirrel JSK in off white and I quickly planned a coordination to wear it for this special event. Marie-Lou went for her lovely Girly Note JSK in a very retro outfit that I loved!

As we had plenty of time, I suggested to have a small photoshoot at Volksgarten near the famous Empress Elisabeth's statue. It was great because there was almost nobody so we could take a lot of cute pictures without being disturbed!

I love this picture of me, with Sissi in the background!

Isn't Marie-Lou super gorgeous on this pic? :o

A picture together thanks to my camera's timer ♥

After that we went to CafĂ© Central to have a delicious cup of coffee and still had time to visit some other things before heading to the tea party!

We were a little early at the tea party venue which was the gorgeous Hotel Schick Stefanie, so we waited in the lobby for a while. Marie-Lou and I were quickly joined by our friend Nadine who came all the way from Switzerland too. She was staying at the hotel, so it was quite convenient for her.

After a while we could finally wait in line in order to get to the party room. They checked our names and gave us a goodie bag (which was amazing!!! So many gifts inside: chocolates, accessories, eyelashes and many more things)! I took some pictures of the buffet and the beautiful room before heading to the vendors tables to say hello to our friends Lea and Mara, who was here with her brand Medusa Couture. We also checked Metamorphose table where we were welcomed by Taira Chinatsu, one of Metamorphose's designer. She was so pretty and kind! I was really happy to meet her! I bought a pair of socks (I actually bought another one at the end of the tea party too! Haha)

Lovely Lea & Mara

Say hello to Taira Chinatsu! She's such a sweetheart!

After that, we went to sit for a while. There was a welcome speech and then we could go to the buffet to enjoy the food. There were so many choices and all the food was SO SO delicious (except for a Panna Cotta which was quite bad.... Marie-Lou will understand! :P)

Oh geez.... all the food!

I had a hard time choosing, but here's my food!

After enjoying my food, I went to the bathroom.... which was a bad idea because the fashion show just started at this exact moment so I missed the first part. Well, stupid me. Fortunately Marie-ou grabbed my camera and took some pictures with it. The light was not so great so they turned out blurry, but anyway it gave me an idea of what I missed!

End of the fashion show!

All the models with Taira Chinatsu!

After the fashion show, we again had some time to take pictures and make some shopping. We also went to have our picture taken by the professionnal photographer who was there. He was super nice and actually knew French so he talked with us for a while. I got the pictures online later and I actually really like them!

It was time for the meet & great with Taira Chinatsu too, but unfortunately we didn't understand so much as the sound was quite low. Lots of questions were asked, but honestly I didn't get most of them.... Taira Chinatsu seemed to really enjoy replying and share her experience though!

There was also a raffle of course and there were SO MANY prizes! I thought it would never end! Haha. Nadine, Marie-Lou, Lea and I all got a prize and I was the luckiest I think because I got something that I really like, unless Nadine who got super sweet accessories while her style is more Gothic/Classic. I got 3 necklaces: one with a cup and a spoon, one with a bird's nest and one with a galaxy pendant!

We then tried to take a group picture, which was - a usual - a little complicated as we were many guests. We eventually managed and the tea party slowly came to an end. Marie-Lou and I said good bye to our fellow Swiss friends and went on our way back to our hotel. We quickly get changed and went outside again to see the Hofburg by night and have dinner. It was the most perfect way to end this magic day.

I would like to thank all the Austrain Lolitas team who made an AMAZING job organizing this tea party!
And to end this entry, just some random pictures that I like :)
